CCH Foundation holds Capital Campaign
Due to the rapidly changing technology in healthcare, Central Community Hospital is in need of updating their current CAT Scan machine. CAT Scan machines or also known as a CT provide a diagnostic tool for physicians to determine what may be the cause of a patients pain or illness. Often times they are able to quickly diagnose any abnormalities in the brain or internal organs. By updating the current machine at CCH this will allow for a faster diagnosis and less radiation exposure for the patient.
The CCH Foundation is conducting a capital campaign to help pay for the new CAT Scanner. The Foundation is asking for a total of $200,000 to fund this project. “With the help of CCH staff, medical staff, hospital board and foundation board, we have already been successful in raising $100,000 which is half of our total project” states Jessica Goltz, Foundation Coordinator at CCH.
It is our hope that you as a community member will help support this campaign with a monetary donation. At CCH we believe that any amount of giving will help us to be successful in our campaign. Please watch for updates on our campaign progress from our campaign cat mascot, Willow!
If you wish to help support the campaign you can mail your donation to CCHF: Attn Jessica 901 Davidson Street, Elkader, IA 52043. Your donation is tax deductible.
