Foundation donates $60,000 to CCH 3D Mammography unit

The Central Community Hospital Foundation Board presented a $60,000 check to Central Community Hospital to be used towards the purchase of the 3D mammography unit. This new technology was installed last week at the hospital. All proceeds from the CCH Foundation’s 2018 Gala and Golf Tournament were used towards making this financial commitment to the hospital.

The 3D mammography technology offers patients greater accuracy, less unnecessary callbacks, earlier breast cancer detection, faster scans and a safe radiation exposure. The technology benefits women of all ages and breast densities. Donations for the 3D mammography technology will still be accepted. If you would like to support Central Community Hospital with this project please make checks payable to the CCH Foundation. For more information contact the CCH Foundation, 563-245-7012.
